What's the job As a Night Auditor, you will audit and balance guest accounts, process all related transactions, and complete Front Desk tasks in accordance with Crowne Plaza Melbourne’s brand standards and policies. Your day to day Perform daily auditing and balancing of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and reconciled. This includes completing all Front Desk tasks, preparing reports, and checking high balances. Assist with Room Service operations by answering calls, preparing and delivering trays, and maintaining service areas and equipment. Also, assist with preparing outlets/venues for service and maintaining buffet setups. Ensure accurate recording of shift receipts, balanced revenue journals, credit card settlements, and necessary reports, while maintaining high standards of hotel cleanliness and safety.
